sneaky peekieeeeee..

So as promised, here is a sneaky peekie of next month's new workshop using my FAVOURITE stuff from Sassafras Lass! YEY!!!! I really enjoyed creating the workshop samples as the papers really make me happy.  They have such fun and cheerful colours!

Oh and i finally caught an episode of THE NOOSE tonight on Channel 5.  Funny as hell! LOL!  I especially like Jacques Ooi (Jack-ass Ooi) kekekke.  They poke fun at local affairs, the govt and mimic well known newscasters and journalists from Singapore (especially those on Channel NewsAsia).  Really tongue-in-cheek and funny.  Too bad ... i heard that tonight was the last epi.

Anyways I know some of you like to read about my TVB dramas craze.. here is another one I'm currently watching now - "THE FOUR"

 

not too bad.... story is about how the 4 young constables solve crime.. something like olden days CSI. hahhaa.

Another new TVB Serial! hehehehheee... this time round I'm watching it online coz according to my mom, the video library does not have the complete series yet.  It's called "MOONLIGHT RESONANCE"... actually also known as 'HEART OF GREED 2'

 

I saw Heart of Greed 1 and loved it alot!  Lots of super cast and the plot was really good.  HOG1 focused on the family Abalone business.  I would recommend that serial to anyone who has not seen it.  Moonlight Resonance (HOG2) is a totally different storyline (no continuation from HOG1) but with the same power cast.  This time round, it centers around the bakery business.  I'm on episode 5 so far and LOVE IT!

i've been busy.....

wow it's been a week since i last posted.... bad blogger~! LOL!  I've been busy.... with various things including trying to finish the korean drama (Cruel Love) and Forensic Heroes II coz my mom needs to return them to the video library.  Watching these dramas kinda zaps my inspiration and energy away from scrapping coz I've not being doing any scrapping (aside from a little secret project I will talk about more later) at all.

I've also managed to catch WALL-E and DARK KNIGHT (finally) too.... love the 2 shows.  I had mixed reviews from friends about WALL-E.. some really hated it (thought it was boring) and some loved it.  I LOVED IT.  I think the show and animation was simply brilliant and how it can capture my attention without any much dialog (esp during the first half of the show).  Amazing.  Here's a shot of me with Wall-E.  hehehe

So... about my secret project.  It's actually for a new workshop next month. Totally different from what I've been doing. It's not going to be a layout class but a technique based one.  You'll be altering something that will end up looking like you dug it out of the Titanic (according to kelly) LOL!!!  Sounds interesting?  I've been doing lots of experimenting, researching etc for this workshop and it should be loads of fun.

E asked me last night how I feel after being electricuted.. whether I have been feeling any different.  HAHA.... I guess this is what happened!  It's so  bizzare and departed from my usual colourful workshops you wouldn't have guessed that I did it.

I'm not nearly done yet... still needs some refining and adding on the finishing touches but it'll be a whole load of fun i promise!

On a sad note though.. I read from Elsie's blog that she resigned from KI MEMORIES. boohooooo.. no more Love Elsie products... which also means, no more Beautiful Mess workshops.  I'm saddened by this news coz I really enjoyed designing layouts for her products.  Guess it's time to move on....

for those of you who have the complete series from 1 all the way to 5 and the 2 Special Editions (making it 7 series in total)... good for u!!!!  You can put them all in an album now! :)

WEEEEEEE!!! M&M Dark Chocolate is finally here!! Tried them in LA back in Jan.  Was sad that they did not carry them here in SG but they r  now here... HAPPYYYYY!!!!

Yep. i joked with Eugene that I'd better update my blog or else people might start thinking something happened to me because of the ZAP.  LOL.  Sad to say, I did not gain any more wisdom but luckily did not fry any of my brain cells too.....

I scrapped some today!  Used the new Basic Grey Offbeat Collection.  Love the collection lots!  The colours are so yummy.  I will post the layout here tomorrow.  Need to take a photo of it first in proper day light.

I also begun a new TVB Drama this week.  Mom passed it to me.  It's called 'FORENSIC HEROES II'. 

I saw the first installment and loved it.. very CSI like.  This one looks pretty good so far too.

With the IPOD Touch as my companion to and fro work daily... I'm loving the fact that I can watch videos on it!  I get to finish about 1 episode a day.. 1/2 on the way to work, 1/2 on the way back.  Love it so far.... this is a very smart medical drama.  Did I tell you?  I'm big on medical dramas or even comedies.  Love Scrubs, Love Greys Anatomy... now I'm loving HOUSE.  Im almost done with the first season.  If you've never seen HOUSE... go catch it soon!

Can't wait for SCRUBS' new season to show....  JD Rocks!

Busy Bee I am...

I've been a busy bee these past couple of days... it kinda looks like I may not get anymore scrapping done before i leave for CHA Summer in 2 weeks time.... lots to do before the show. 

Sneak peeks from various manufacturers are already pouring in and the ordering madness begins..... on top of this , I have workshops to teach, other stuff arnd the store to do as well as finish my cantonese serial LOL!

I'm currently hooked onto this serial that Mom passed to me.  It's really good.  For all TVB Cantonese serial fans.. go catch it!  It's called ' CATCH ME NOW '.

Here's one layout that has been sitting on my table for the past week.  I finally put the finishing touches to it tonight.

Well... Wonder if I'll get anymore scrappin' done before CHA... I printed a bunch of photos from ToyCon that i went last weekend and on top of that, the new Heather Bailey papers by Autumn Leaves that I bought today are calling my name ...... HEHEHE.
